Bench press: 3 sets of 5 heavier than last week
For time: 5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5 unbroken DU, 800m run, repeat unbroken DU ladder – 15 min time cap – Miss J has an 800m route if you would like one

    Block cleans from Monday @195#.
    PSnatches from today @ 165#.

  2. Jerk, PP, and Snatch has been feeling progressively weaker and more difficult with pain. My Orthopod put me on a high dose inflamatory and told me to lay off anything overhead for a few days to see if my rotator/bicep tendon will calm down a little. If not, he'll inject it Monday.

    May Bench later today, even though he told me not to do that as well.

    Work - This will involve getting at least 10 unbroken DUs, which means I could be working on them for 1+ hrs today.

    2. I just did it really fast...

      I dunno, my "splits" for the DUs were bw 1:20-1:30 on both sets of the ladder, so that leaves 4+ mins for a half mile...

      First, I was being a little generous on my second split. That was more like 1:35-1:45.

      Also, I didn't stop between sets. I got to 5 UB and I kept going I just started my counting over at 1. I did this all the way through. I think thats where we differ...

    Cond: First Ladder unb, started the run, but I don't have a street light near my house, thought my eyes would adjust until I fell off the driveway. Walked back and finished ladder 2.

    I bonked hard after last night and was feeling pretty low on fuel again tonight. I gotta get the fat blocks up.

  11. Worked on DUs - got 10, 12 and 14 unbroken. And got 5-8 unbroken many times. But mainly, I feel like I just whipped myself profusely out in my garage for a little over an hour.
