Behind the neck jerk: 75%x3x5
Push press: 75%x5x2, 80%x5x2
For meters rowed –3 minutes light rowing then 40 sec hard, 20 sec very easy x10 then 3 min light rowing

    So...I definately thought I was suppose to do 3 min,40 sec,20sec for ten rounds..luckily caleb caught me right before I was about to reach a 5k. And my time was somewhere between 20 and 22 minutes..not sure.

    Could have went harder on the row...but that's what happens when you've never done a certain interval before. Now I know! This workout alone is evidence we all need someone to program for us. I would have never done this unless someone made me.

    1. These kind of rowing intervals/aerobic sessions have done more for my fitness in the last 6 months than anything I've ever done before in Crossfit. They're awesome. Take them seriously. Learn how hard you can push before you redline. Know your own engine and be able to keep it at that place for extended periods of time.
