    Last year, a lot of the extra stuff I programmed for myself included Wall Walks. Today I was reminded why: they're horrible... And effective.

  7. Sickness. Won't be doing this tonight. Will try to double up tomorrow I guess if I feel better?

    I think we can safely assume I would have gotten 6+13 on the Metcon though, had I done it today.

    AMRAP: 3+2 - No kipping, no band. Second time ever to do wall walks and no joke spent 10 of the 12 minutes struggling through them. I'm pretty sure my belly never hit the wall and I definitely had some face plants. Really sorry you guys missed that circus of a metcon.
