  6. No PRs for me.
Snatch 120, lost 125 behind me several times, guess behind is an improvement from in front normally.
Clean and jerk 155 jerk wasn't there but cleans were easy.
FS went for new pr at 205 but it was a no go, guess ill stick to 200.

  8. Built to a heavy single CJ: Just worked to 165 and did drop sets, because I knew we had a long metcon coming (and ended up doing more CJ during the met con, which I didn't know at the time)

In California, so I did the CJ and then did their competitor class

Partner metcon (We had no clue what we would be doing until the clock started):
2.8 mile trail run (in lifting shoes...not my smartest move) 21:57

Immediately following run 10 minutes to establish 1RM snatch with partner: Hit 135 (missed 140 barely)

Immediately following Snatch, 10 min to establish 1 RM CJ with partner: Hit 170...stood up 175 and got the jerk up but couldn't get legs back together.

Immediately following CJ: 3 minutes for max pullups with partner: 151
