ReplyDeleteHey babe.
DeleteI miss this and I still plan to check it daily as though I were a competitor. But this year I'll be working on PR'ing labor, and not my snatch and clean n jerk!
ReplyDeleteHa! Love it.

ReplyDeletePS + HPS: 75, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105

Tuesday:
Press Cluster: 90-95-100
PC+PJ TNG EMOM: 125
Conditioning: around 12ish minutes. Wall walks were fine, but Turkish get-ups took me a long time :)
Ran out of time for ZI row/bike.
Monday:
ReplyDeleteSquat 245, 255, 265, 275
PS+HPS: 135, 155, 165, 175, 185 (first time snatching OH in a couple of months due to shoulder, excited to have no/little pain)
MC: 9:15 *ouch*
First row = below 1:50

Squat: 275, 295, 315, 325 (Still fighting the groin)
ReplyDeletePS + HPS: 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215 (Missed the hang)
PU EMOM: 53lb 4's
MC: 9:20 with around 1:45ish on the first row, had to pull a 1:39 on the second one to try and catch CBo. I will get you next time.
Yes you shall...it was scary sneaking peeks at your monitor on the last 1K. I thought you would catch me.
DeleteTuesday:
ReplyDeletePress cluster @145 (shoulders feeling better with every set)
TnG PC+PJ @ 185 (light, but felt good)
Conditioning: Me and JoJo with the baby shoulders. Ouch. 13:00'ish minutes, and I think he was probably 20 seconds faster than me. 70# right shoulder and 50# left TGUs weren't that challenging, but Wall Walks were really hard and kinda hurt the shoulder.
Wednesday
ReplyDeleteHit 308 for a heavy single, used 286 for my drop sets
Clean EMOM, went (in kilos) 80,85,90,95,100,105
Went 10, 10, 15 on the chest to bar. Should have done15s, they were easy today
MC: 3:23, toes to bar are not my forte. Didn't miss a DU though!
Forgot Tuesday
ReplyDeletePress: 165, 165, 175
PC and PJ: used 235
MC: Cbo has the time, used a 70 for the first ten TgU, had to drop to the 50. That was pretty brutal on ole baby shoulders.
Hang clean: 175
ReplyDeleteClean EMOM: 95-100-105-115-120 (did pc's, because hip has been bothering me)
Conditioning: did 20's for C2B
MC: 1:52 did 42/8
Wednesday:
ReplyDeleteSquat heavy single @355

ReplyDeleteSaturday (not a great day for me)
Snatch: 105-110-115-120-130-135-didn't even try to get under 140 today.
Squat: 180. Once again, should have had 185-190, but didn't attempt.
Row (it's okay to make fun): 23:41, but I didn't get off the rower, which is a PR in itself. No world record, but I completed it, which was a start for me.
Bout time I posted something...
