Testing

All tests should be completed and emailed to G.  If you haven't completed one or more tests, email G to find out what course of action to take.

This blog will be a central hub where everyone will come and post their weights, scores, and times.  I will update it at the beginning of every week with the week's workouts.  I may also create a new post each day with some tips or notes on that day's training.  We will see how it rolls...
