Hang power clean and power jerk 1+1: 60%x1x5
Tall box jumps: 3x5 – step down
Bench press: 3 sets of 5 heavier than last week
Bench supported barbell row: 3x5 heavy

    Rows uber awkward on our tiny broken bench @105
    BJ @ 40"....lack of coordination = severe phobia of falling and dying each attempt...took me forever to get up the nerve to finish these.
    Metcon from yesterday = 3 rounds.... Also I am terrible at all of these movements.
