Pause squat was relly hard for me at 95 lbs. MC: 15:54. Dl at 155 is 75 % of my 1 RM, big weight for me and slowed me down. MY HSPUS are in bad place right now. I also had to break up the swings half way through.. Unsure of what to do in that situation. Take a longer break to recover to complete KB swings unbroken? Or break them up like I did to finish faster? also great job KG. Doug , you are good at crossfit.
HPS: 65 PFS: 95 MC: 26:02... ...BUT I knew I was going to go slow having been out of the gym so much this month so I wanted to just do it rx. The DL was over 75% of my 1rm and a 50# kb is still heavy for me. I did half the hspu with 25# plates then had to drop to 1 abmat. Against my mind's wishes, I had to do the last 20 kb swings in 2 sets. However, I was very proud of this one bc it was really hard for me and I feel out of shape from Christmas.
