Snatch: 70%x2, 75%x2, 80%x1x3
Snatch Pull: 90%x3x3
Squat: 80%x2x3
Conditioning: Jackie – 1000m row, 50 thrusters (45/25lbs), 30 pull-ups – I really want you all to try to limit the thrusters to two sets max…dig deep

    Jackie = 7:21. first time doing this as Rx. Always did 100 SDLH @ 45lbs instead. Wanted sub 7. Had 15 pull ups left at 6:51. Next time.

    Oh, yeah. Did this yesterday:

    5 Bear Complex @135
    225lb Sled Push ~50m (25m 25* downhill, 25m 25* uphill)
    10 KBSnatches @70lbs (5 / arm)
    50m Sled Push
    Time = 9:45

    Again, I love rest days, but yesterday was the first time it didn't rain in like a week and I HAD to try out my new sled. It was killing me.

    I now hate my new sled. Because it's hard. On da quadz

    Snatch pulls - 125, 125, 195 to see what feels like..heavy.
    Squat - 260
    Jackie - 7:30 - (Thrusters (35/15), pullups - wanted to do 17/13, got 17 and hopped back on the bar and was slipping so got back down to rechalk. So that slowed me down a bit. Did them 17/5/8.)

  6. Snatch: did my sets then was working to a heavy single since I missed Saturday, but felt something in my back so I stopped at 120
    Snatch pulls: didn't do
    Squats: 155 (lowered weight)

  7. Snatch 85, 90, 100. from the hang cause of my shin and power cause I was lazy

    Squat 175

    Can I just clarify on the Metcon that after a week of eating tons of junk I was happy not to vomit. I felt like thanksgiving left overs, picked over and put on a self for a week, no bueno.
