Tall snatch: 4x3
Power clean: build to heavy set of 3 not touch and go; 80%x3x3 touch and go
Conditioning: 3 rounds - AFAP 15 burpees, 10 chest to bar pull-ups, 2 min 95% Airdyne, rest 8 min – this should hurt, immensely

    Condit'g 28:56 -- chest to bars were just regular pull ups, still plenty challenging, don't worry.

    Drop TnG sets @195 were easy. Conditioning later tonight...dreading it.

  3. ROFL at this metcon. 2 mins AD at 95% is terrible. Like, worst feeling ever. I'd rather do double fran and row a 2k.

    PC: 250; 200 T&Go

    MetCon was terrible. All work times bw 2:50-3:00. Subbed rower for AD. 1st round split time was 1:40, fell to 1:45 second round and by the third, split times were closer to 1:50 than 1:45, on average. Total time was 24:54 (32:54 with last 8 mins rest added in).

  5. Played around with 55# tall hang power snatch and clean. still got a little pinch in my back but much better.

    Metcon. did semi strict baby kip pull ups instead of chest to bar cause of back. burpees were a little slow cause they cause me back to tighten up. but over all I was just glad to semi Metcon again.

    time 26:50 + last 8 = 35:50

    good luck on the thighs tomorrow to all of you that don't for realz bike. lol.

    CJ: 145 for triple then 115 for tng

    Metcon: wow, and I thought I didn't like rowing. Grant, you should have introduced me to the air dyne earlier and I would have never complained about rowing :). Time was 24:25. Rounds were about 2:45s.- 2:50

  8. That was a turd of a MetCon. Fran lung + Karen quads. I actually feel good today, though...so that's a plus. I'm not sure what my total time was, but I did burpees AFAP and C2B Pull-Ups unbroken every round.

  9. 12 x 100m sand (slight hill) sprints in the softest sand ever.

    I don't know which MC was worse, but this was pretty awful.
