No hips standing muscle snatch: 3x10 @ light weight (maybe empty barbell)
Behind the neck snatch grip press: 3x10 @ light weight
Muscle clean: 5x3 @ light weight
Bench press: heavyx5x3 – heavier than last week
Skill: ring muscle-up work and then EMOM 6 min 1-5 muscle-ups

    *These are the first muscle ups I have done since the rigging came out of my ceiling and I broke my toe (which happened while I was doing muscle ups) in September.
    *Since there is no rigging in my ceiling anymore, I had to hang my rings from my pull up bar today. My pull up bar is 8' and the rings hung down 2.5' so I could come to lock out at the top. That means I had ~5.5' to work with- which means these muscle ups were basically strict as I had no room to Kip.

  8. Sms 45, didn't finish sets cause that slow pull did not feel bueno on the shoulder.
    behind the neck at 45, prob should have gone heavier but repped out that to save shoulder.

    bp at 130

    didn't Metcon, worked a little on an attempted muscle up but I'm no where close.

  11. SMS: 35# should I be concerned at this low of weight?
    Press: 45#
    MC: 2 rnds at 105# but started P.cleaning so finished at 95#
    BP: 85#
    Skill work: Spent about an hour on bar and ring MU skills so did not do metcon. Thanks for help Crissy & CGreg!
