Clean and jerk 2+1: 60%, 70%x2, 80%x2 - meaning 2 sets of 2 cleans and 1 jerk
Snatch high pull: 80%x3x4
Squat: 60%x3, 70%x3x2, 80%x3x2
Hanging stall bar raises: 3x15
Conditioning: 4 RFT – 3 OHS, 6 push jerks, 9 deadlifts (155/105lbs), 200m row - bar comes from floor

    I felt like I couldn't get in gear this morning, sluggish, and was pretty frustrated lifting. Couldn't hit a good snatch. Cut my losses and hopefully I feel better later today.

    Metcon: around 12ish. Not totally sure on seconds cause I was heaving over the rower. My OHS is so weak and unstable that its embarrassing. And I totally gased in round four, which was embarrassing as well. What can I say I'm a work in progress.

  6. I'm with Chris. I had a hard time getting going today. I added 10 to all my PR's. Maybe a little aggressive. I thought the %'s would go a little easier.

    No Stall Bar/ Subbed strict hanging T2B: 12,10,11
    Cond: Made all snatch into OHS except the very first one. Dropped the bar on #2 PJ of the last set. Subbed SDHP @ 20reps. 9:26

    Long Session. I feel like a nap. HR was at 130ish two min after.

  8. Worked out in Cali...so not quite going by programming, but tried to get some in.

    Front Squat with class:
    1x5 at 155 then 3x5 at 165 (I think that's a new 5rm...if not it felt super heavy)

    Metcon:
    3ohs at 105
    6 jerk at 105
    9 deadlift at 105

    just did three rounds and didn't do the row that was programmed because of time...3:29

  9. Wrist sore but otherwise feel good mentally & physically. Per G, doing pulls only for O lifts/overhead for a bit to help wrist heal.

    Sn pulls: 85-100-110
    Cl pulls: 105-125-140
    Sn High Pulls: 110
    Sq 150-175-200 failed at this weight after first set, maybe too ambitious.

    Metcon: 9:13, but 45# only for squat & push jerk; DL as rx

  10. Warm up with stretching and Muscle up work. Will be doing this every day until I get one.
    Snatch: 70, 80, 90
    C&J: 90, 105, 120
    SHP: 90
    Squat: 105, 125, 140
    Conditioning: 20:32 at 95#
    Conditioning took a super long time, but not too surprised since it as the first day doing a "metcon" in over two weeks. OHS were the toughest because of poor wrist strength, may need to look into these wraps everyone has. Also very hard to keep going as I was doing the work by myself and that usually makes me want to stop. Fun workout though.
