Saturday 2/23/13

 Squat: 60%x4, 70%x4x2, 80%x4x3
Conditioning: teams of 2 male and female – 100 pull-ups (chest-2-bar for men, regular for women), 80 ring dips, 60 burpees, 400m partner carry any combination switch as needed, 20 deadlifts (315/225lbs) - break up as needed except for deadlift which must be alternating reps
Rest exactly 5 minutes
Same teams AMRAP 4 min – Row – must switch every 200m

And this is why commas matter.  It should have read: "teams of 2, male and female."

    *the 195# squats happened...they were full depth and not my slowest ever, but boy did I feel the burn!

    Cond: Done Solo, but with rest periods simulating 4 people. I did carry a real person.

  3. Did Saturday's work Thursday, and tried to combine some days since I was out of town.

    Snatch: 60%x3x1 @85#, 70%x3x2 @105#, 80%x3x2 @115# (accidentally did one set at 125 because I loaded the bar wrong...missed one of those reps)

    Saturdays squats: 130, 165, 185
    Clean Pulls: 145

    1/2 of Saturdays met con solo= 9:41 (did both black sandbags for the partner carry)
    Row (rested a 1:1 ratio)

    squat 150-175-200 (@200 1 set unbroken, 2d set as doubles, & 2/4 on third set)

    wrist feels much better; hand is sore now, may have overdone it last week. Have been icing and rolling on the back of hand. Didn't do metcon because it hurt to grab/hold things.

  5. Wasn't here so did my own thing

    10 burpees
    20 dips
    30 SDHP
    40 KB Cleans
    50 swings
    40 KB Cleans
    30 SDHP
    20 dips
    10 burpees

    All with a 35# KB. Arms were smoking cause I was trying to go ub, dips definitely held me up. All in all finished around the 13 min mark.

  6. Squat: 105/122/140
    Team WOD with Cat, Ryan and Doug aka Super Happy Fun Team
    We went in order of workout and did not move on in movements until all reps/entire team was done. Aimed to spilt evenly, but picked up extra reps when needed. Not sure if that was right, but it was good work.
    11:5? with mostly butterfly pullups (first in a metcon for me), dips on station, 185DL

    For the carry i used both black sandbags
    our time was 18:03
