  5. Only one shot at the gym after work. DU's felt good. I'm working on speeding them up.
Rowed on the sweet, not C2, rower at work. I rowed my ass off and my first 500 was 1:56. It showed the 500 split as 1:35. Don't know what that means, but I kept it consistent. 1:56, 1:56, 1:55, 1:55, 1:53. I could feel the the clutch/resistence mechanism slipping when I pulled hard. At least I was on a rower.

  6. Could not work in pm so did what I could in am.
Conditioning: Completed 30 DU in 5 of 8 rounds. Need to get back to doing DUs every day. I feel like it is a skill you lose if you do not practice it. Focused on stringing t2b on rogue setup (I am not good at anything on that rig and fall off a lot)
Worked on handstand holds - no walking yet for me.
Goat work: HSPU work on high turnover with 1 abmat then a 2k row
