Did 4 min max Burpee/MU w/ 2:1 rest to work ratio then two minutes rest then 7 min OHS triple: Really upset about the OHS - only got 205. 195 felt hard but good, 205 BARELY happened, and only after failing the first rep on the first attempt. I hit 215 for a good triple last week, but when I finish the MU's I'm just DEAD. Need to work on this a lot.
