  2. Since I missed yesterday bc of work, and I still had to Row a 2K to finish up the testing, I did a Combo workout today:

    From Monday: Squats @ 240, Snatches @ 150

    From Tuesday: BTNeck Jerk (Split) @ 205, Push Press @ 160

    Testing: Row 2K = 7:05

    From Monday: GHD 3x12
