Did yesterday's strength work - squat - 225high hang clean - 135clean pulls - 225, 235then..50 C2BPU and Burpees - 6:08
I also did yesterday's strength work --squat 155high hang clean 95clean pulls 145 & 155and 13:38 for 50 mixed pullups (C2B & chin-level) & burpees
PSnatch- 145PC + PJ- 165 (touch and go for fun)Bench- 15050 C2B & Burpees = 7:52 (finished C2B ~ 4:40. Still tipping the scale around 200, need to be about 192)

Finally got to work out today...Squat mash-up to get under some heavy loadsP-snatches @145#hang cleans @185#500m Rows from Monday = 1:26.4 + 1:34.1 = 3:00.5 (def went more than 95% on the first effort...)
That seems like a really painful way to do the row WOD from Monday.
