Bench press: 60%x5x3
For time – 50 C2B pull-ups and 50 burpees (may not partition)

    squat - 225
    high hang clean - 135
    clean pulls - 225, 235
    then..
    50 C2BPU and Burpees - 6:08

    squat 155
    high hang clean 95
    clean pulls 145 & 155

    and 13:38 for 50 mixed pullups (C2B & chin-level) & burpees

    Bench- 150

    50 C2B & Burpees = 7:52 (finished C2B ~ 4:40. Still tipping the scale around 200, need to be about 192)

    Squat mash-up to get under some heavy loads

    P-snatches @145#
    hang cleans @185#

    500m Rows from Monday = 1:26.4 + 1:34.1 = 3:00.5 (def went more than 95% on the first effort...)
