Power jerk: 75%x1x6 – go from jerk boxes or rack
Bench press: heavyx5x3 – heavier than last week
Conditioning: 10 min clock – 20 hang power cleans (185/135lbs), 40 pistols, remainder of time row for max meters – score is meters completed

    I was really pleased with my hang cleans even if I did squat each time because I finished em with plenty of time to spare (as opposed to the Regionals work out last year!)

    not too disappointed there since I was sick moat of the night and morning, first time doing pistols rx, however I completely brain farted on the cleans on how to use my hips, so I basically muscled it up everytime.

    2. what can i do? every time i do pistols they swell up and stuff. I do glucosamine and fish oil.

    Bench - 195, Every 2 mins
    MetCon - 1450. Hang Cleans went well. Pistols went surprisingly well. Missed 3. Kept 1:50 pace and below on rower, on average

    MetCon - 1,659m; Hadn't done pistols in a while, and forgot to grab toes to keep balance in my stork legs. Missed 13 reps, but once I started "grabbing toes" 35 reps into it I only missed one more and was able to move a lot quicker through the last 15.

    Bench: 90.
    Metcon: 120# did 23 pistols on small box.

    Need faster elbows to stop banging bar against my chest.
