Snatch: heavy single; 80% (of HS) x1x3
Clean and jerk: heavy single; 80%x1x3
Front squat: heavy single; 85%x2x2
Conditioning: EMOM for 8 min – 2 snatches (ea. arm), 4 clean to OH (ea. arm), 8 swings (50/35lb kb) with remainder of minute doing max GHD sit-ups – score is total GHD sit-ups – scale KB accordingly

    Metcon: 5 GHDs I am impressed with some of the scores for this. I felt like I was playing catch up the whole time after the 1st round.

    Front Squat 185 - 160
    Metcon - didn't drop the 35# bell for 8 minutes. No, I didn't get one GHD but I'm pretty proud of holding on to that KB for 8 solid minutes. That was a mental battle for me, and one that I decided to accomplish during the 2nd round when I finished the KB work as the minute expired!
