Metcon - didn't drop the 35# bell for 8 minutes. No, I didn't get one GHD but I'm pretty proud of holding on to that KB for 8 solid minutes. That was a mental battle for me, and one that I decided to accomplish during the 2nd round when I finished the KB work as the minute expired!
That is great mental fortitude. I'm glad you thought of that during round 2. Awesome work.
