Tall snatch: 4x3 - click through to see the movement
Mid-hang snatch: 70%x1x10 - could be done EMOM
Power clean and power jerk: 75%x1x10 – CATCH WITH ELBOWS LOCKED
Conditioning: 3 rounds for total time – 10 DB PP (moderate weight), 20 pull-ups, 20/12 ring dips, rest 2 min – scale dips accordingly so as to hit depth

    Yesterday's FS - sets @ 225
    Metcon - w/50# - R1 - 1:37 all unbroken, R2 - 2:57 sets of 4-5 on dips, R3 - 3:19 sets of 2-3 and singles on the last 10 of dips
    Triceps got smoked on those ring dips!

    PC + PJ: 195 EMOM

    MetCon: 60lb DBs. Total time- 9:00 even.

    No rings, so I used the pull-up bar for dips.

    Took yesterday off. Had to listen to my body. After 4 heavy lifting sessions in 8 days, I was a no-go for yesterday. Came out ready to go today. Excited for tomorrow now

    All of the above felt like poo. Idk what's going on.

    Metcon. let's say right around 15 mins, clock got switched over towards the end. Did ring dips with lil black band. DB PP @35. For some reason I have lost the ability to string pullups together, like I said I don't know what's going on with me, total mental block.

    3. You would do well with a day off. Go for a walk with the dogs. Get a massage. Eat some clean food. Then come back and slam bars kill PRs.

    C&J - 115 (again, I worked on the split jerk here because of how tragic they are at this current juncture in time!)
    Metcon with 30# PP - 12:32 - woop woop that the butterfly pull ups are coming together. dumb dumb that I had to use a red band for my dips in order to get full depth...that's good for the old ego...

    MetCon - 9:11. I was surprised how well I did with this one until the last round. Was able to keep up with Agent Shipley until he broke away on the last round due to my need to break Pull-Ups. Still happy with performance considering this one is not in my wheelhouse.

    Snatch: 75 (not smart in morning workouts so accidentally did all from floor)
    C&J: 100
    Metcon: 14:00 on the dot with 35# and skinny red band ring dips. Happy with that since still recovering. I could tell I'm not 100% yet because the pull ups were super hard and my body felt way heavier than normal.

    Metcon: around 10 minutes (clock went to a different mode at some point). Finally figured out how to kip my ring dips which helped a lot. Strung sets together at first, but last few reps of each set had to be singles.

    shoulder bothering me-- 3 rounds with 2 min breaks in between--of 20 situp on the stand, 20 strict pullups with red and purple band, 10 24 inch box jumps in 17 minutes
