  4. Seems as if there is a theme going here...Let me continue.
My shoulders are smoked! And I am also resting for the next few days.
C&J - worked up to 185 and pretty much just wanted to lay down die it was hurting so badly.
    Snatch - negative
    Pause Squat - sets @245
Metcon with that beast named Shane - Not sure how much we rowed, but it felt like a gazillion with those dirty planks in between and around 335 DUs.

Snatch: 127 and did drop sets at 110
    Squat: 165

Metcon: attempted to swim laps... attempted would be the key word here...comical to say the least. So, I didn't get to the row/du/plank hold.

  7. CnJ @ 265# (should've had 275, as I caught the jerk...just lost on the stand)
Snatch @ 205#; this was an interesting day on the snatch. Missed 185, 195, 205, stopped and did drop sets at 165 and started to feel much better. Continued to work back up slower, hitting many raps on the way up, not missing a single rep and finishing at 205. #redemption
    Pause squat @250#
MetCon with KGregz - she crushed it. Can't remember what we finished at. All I know is our meters are about 35m short, because my first 4 pulls didn't register :(

    1. CBo is too kind! He saved us on the rowing...I just informed him at the end of each minute, how much longer we had left in fractions (i.e. 1/8th of the way done, etc.) So if you are referring to reducing fractions, then yes, I did crush it!!

Lifting was all a struggle today as I did not get close to PRs. Did not have a partner and ran over on time so I took it all as a sign from above not to push the recovery and take care of myself. I hope to be back at 100% soon.

    1. Posting in kg does not make you cool. I don't know to be happy or sad about your numbers cause I don't do math outside of work.
