Tall snatch: 4x3
Below the knee hang snatch: 75%x1x10 - could be done EMOM
Bench press: 3x5 - heavier than last week
Conditioning: AMRAP 6 min – 3 bar MU, 6 box jumps (30/24”), 9 knees-to-elbows – DO NOT TEAR HANDS

    Low Hang Snatch: 105
    BP: 115-120-125 (will try to do all sets at 120 or 125 next week...played it safe on the first set, because I wasn't sure how much my shoulders had in them today, but second and third set felt pretty good)

    Metcon:
    6 rounds.
    Basically tried to do each round on the minute. Also, I realized that when I get tired on my bar MU, my feet come close to coming above the bar. It's hard for me to tell if they actually go above the bar. On my last two rounds, there was probably a rep or two that was close or no-repped. I just can't tell how high they are. That's something I need to work on when fatigue kicks in on those. Also, knees to elbow were about 100x harder today than I remembered... yikes.

    1. I wasn't watching closely, but when I would glance over throughout your effort I don't ever recall seeing your feet get close to the height of the bar.

    Metcon: Not enough room bw my wall and the pull up bar to get enough Kip to do bar MUs, so did 3 "High" Chest to Bar Pull ups and 3 Bar Dips instead.

    Cond: 5R Had to do ring MU's. I was on a 6R pace, but blew up on R5 MU's. First 4R unb, #5 single MU's.
