Mid-hang snatch: 70%x1x8 EMOM
Power clean power jerk: 75%x1x8 EMOM
Conditioning: row 1 min, run 1 min, single unders 1 min x6 – all done at a slow zone 1 (easy) pace

    Conditioning - kept the row ~1:55. Needed this workout and nothing more.

    also did low hang cuz when i read this my brain processed it that way...oops

    Snatch at 70% felt much harder than PC&PJ @ 75%

    I really liked that conditioning cuz it felt like one half of a rugby match! I should have take a 10 minute half time and done it again...
    Held row anywhere between 1:55 and 2:00

    Cond: SDHP, hill run, singles kept a pretty even pace that wasn't as easy at the end. My calves haven't recovered from flight sim. They remimded me.

    Didn't have time for the conditioning, because I only had 40 minutes at the gym...but I did 20 MU for time, just to get something in before I left...took 4:22. I will makeup the conditioning at some point this week.
