*These are the first muscle ups I have done since the rigging came out of my ceiling and I broke my toe (which happened while I was doing muscle ups) in September.
*Since there is no rigging in my ceiling anymore, I had to hang my rings from my pull up bar today. My pull up bar is 8' and the rings hung down 2.5' so I could come to lock out at the top. That means I had ~5.5' to work with- which means these muscle ups were basically strict as I had no room to Kip.
Self call.
DeleteMU sets: 4-3-4-4-3-2; good to get back on these, feeling much more competent when leaving the gym tonight than I did going in.
