Snatch: heavy single; 85%x1x3
Clean and jerk: heavy single; 85%x1x3
Squat: 80%x3x3
Conditioning: for time with partner of equal strength and skill – 20 alternating deadlifts (315/225lbs), 60 pull-ups, 120 wall balls (20/14lbs), 60 pull-ups, 20 alternating deadlifts – deadlifts must be alternated every other rep, pull-ups in sets of 10, wall balls in sets of 20

  1. Snatch: 205, 215, failed at 220. I lost count as to how many times, but I think it was around one million... Used 185- EMOM x 3

    C&J: 260 (tied PR), failed at 265 once. Used 225 EMOM x 3

    Squat: 315 Rest 2 mins bw sets

    Squat: 220 PR by 15 lbs!
    26 min with Crosnoe as Rx, I didnt do my last 20 pull ups bc ripped hands.

  7. Snatch: 140 (PR by 5#) Drop sets at 120
    C+J: not so good of a day...failed 165 on the jerk a few times, and just decided to stop there... Did drop sets at 140
    Squats: 180
    Metcon: around 18:30 Rx with the one and only KTG :)

  8. Did the conditioning by myself for funsies, DLs did at an "alternating" pace, rested 20s between each set of pullups, and 40 secs between each set of wallballs. Plus 20 secs between PU-->WB and PU-->DL and 40 secs between WB-->PU.

    Also did 25x wall balls per round because I can only throw to a 9ish foot target.
