Clean and jerk: heavy single; 75%x1x5
Snatch: heavy single; 75%x1x5
Pause back squat: 70%x3x3
Conditioning: 5 rounds not for time – 5 TGU ea. arm at moderate weight, 10 GHD sit-ups, 400m JOG

  2. Had a lot to make up last night and today, so I sort of did a mash-up:
    Last night:
    Snatch - 215; thought it was the day...caught 225#, then it rolled behind :(
    C&J - 265; felt good, but stopped here
    FS - 295; went for 305, didn't haven it in me
    Press - 150x5; drop sets at 135x3x3
    Monday's conditionining: 3+4

    This morning:
    HHSnatch - 175; felt really good on this
    HHClean + Push Jerk - 225
    Pause Squats - 240
    Yesterday's MetCon - 1:08, 1:04, 1:05, 1:09; getting really efficient at kipping the HSPU's. This was good practice for me.

    C+J: A few singles at 145 then dropped and did 5x1 at 120
    Squat: 155

    Metcon: Got through three rounds (35#)...Turkish Getups were tough...good practice on those.

  5. C&J: 250 (New Lately PR, only 5 away from all-time PR), 190 every 30s for 5 reps.
    Snatch: 205 (Missed 215 off the front twice. Getting close), 155 every 30s for 5 reps.
    PBS: 270

    Used 70# KB first round, and that seemed pretty heavy, so went down to 45# KB second round, but that seemed too light, so I went back up to 70#.

    Only did 3 rounds due to time

    Cleaned 165 but missed the jerk.
    snatch, was a mental block kind of day.

    I guess I skipped the squats, oops.
    then Metcon I kinda half way did a round with 35# and a 400 m row. my arms are dead and I'm super tired. But I Pr'd my c&j and clean so I'm happy. ;)

    C$J: shoulder killing me got to 115 and saw Jessie and Grant "playing" so I joined them
    MC: handstands, handstand walking, one arm cartwheels and ariel practice, front walk overs.:)
    Im going to backsquat tomorow...

  10. Snatch: 100!! Said I was gonna do this on Saturday but BOOM, did it today. I'm getting 105 on Saturday
    Drop set: 75#
    C&J: 120 (felt good but ran out of time due to skinny class)
    Drop set: 100#

    No backsquat. Did 5x3 Front squat in skinny
    95, 115, 125, 135, 145.

    Metcon 1. 5 mins burpees (73) Last year in the open I only got 68 in 7 mins.
    Metcon 2- min AMRAP, 7 box jumps, 17 push-ups. (4 rounds...barely. My triceps are smoked)
    10 mins of jumping rope. Worked on double unders.

    Snatch - worked up to 235, then did 5 at 205
    Pause Squats - 320

    Conditioning - Didn't have time and didn't have any inclination to run outside at night in cold in Chicago
