1/2/13 Saturday


Clean and jerk: heavy single
Below the knee hang snatch: heavy single
Conditioning: teams of 4 – 1,000 double unders; 3k row; 100 thrusters, 100 SDHP, 100 deadlifts (135lbs) – for every female on the team subtract 10lbs off the bar and 10 reps off the barbell movements – DU must be done in sets of 50 (not unbroken) and no single team member may do more than 500, barbell movements must be done in sets of 5 at the least

  1. Wasn't a good day for me on clean and jerk I hit 255 but that was all she wrote.

    Below the knee snatch went well. Finished at 205

    M/C: Cbo, Alex, Katie G, and I finished at 15:53.

  2. I had to take the whole week off because of my back from last Saturday's DL as well as the fact that I was out of town, so it was eh for me at the gym today, but I'm excited to hit it next week!

    C&J: 155 (glad to match the PR again)
    Snatch: 120 (125 is being really mean these days)
    MC: see above...Praise the Good Lord for boys who are willing to do all of the barbell stuff and let me row (NEVER thought I'd say that!)

    Cond: Did solo and 1/4 work. Tried to keep a 1:1 rest ratio. 23:18
