Power snatch: 60%x3, 65%x3, 70%x2x3
Power clean and split jerk: 60%x3, 65%x3, 70%x2x2
Clean deadlift: 80%x3x4 – perfect pull form
Conditioning: 2 minutes single unders, 2 min row, 2 min bike x2 – work on efficiency of movement, should be conversational throughout

    hey Grant, Chris here, I'm doing great thanks for asking. Felt pretty good today, feeling confident Ill be crushing my Tuesday. Was a two man wolf pack with Tyler until he did yesterday's Metcon. I'm going to cook a ribeye tonight so I think I can forgive him

  5. Still in Cali, and basically doing their class programming, with a little extra strength after if I have time.

    2 RM strict press: barely missed the second rep at 110...hit 107.5 for a double. 110 was a new 1RM though, so I was happy with that

    Metcon with class:
    10 minute AMRAP of:
    Six 25 m sprints
    10 KB swings
    5 pullups
    =7+3

    Extra strength work:
    Power snatch:
    Doubles at 35k, 40k, 43k, 45k
    Worked to a heavy single: hit 52k
    Then did 3x2 at 45k

    1. You could definitely make a case for some l-glutamine and BCAA. Both are good for recovery. Also, chat up CGreg. He is brilliant with all things physiological.
