2/13/13 Wednesday

AM) 3x1 mile repeats w/ 5 min walking rest – should be a quick pace you can hold for all 3 repeats - preferably on a track
PM) 4 RNFT – 50 double unders, 10 burpees AFAP, 15 unbroken wallballs – rest as needed between rounds

  1. Mile 1 = 7:13'ish
    Mile 2 = 7:15'ish
    Mile 3 = 7:15'ish

These could all give or take 3 seconds or so. Either way, really happy about this. Felt good on all miles - definitely could've pushed MUCH harder than what I did, but it was a good pace. Especially for the first time doing track work in who knows how long.

  3. AM1: 4 RNFT -- took 45 minutes, but got up to 9 consecutive DU every now and then
[break -- walked dogs for 45 min]
AM2: all 3 miles ~12 min. No track, so ran (jogged) around the neighborhood, including horrible hill.

Felt good when I got up, but now I want to go back to bed.

    1. G, I can't even list the range of emotions I've had over todays work. first, I've really got to figure out this not able to eat before a workout thing. by the time I got to my run I was starving, so between that and the numbingly cold wind and rain my runs felt like death. pm work was ok. got 39 ub du once, but still not consistent. I found myself surprisinglly short of breath today during the pm workout. Now that I'm finally home I'm gonna try to get warm since I have been cold all day since the run.

    Metcon: done.

Hey grant, Chris again, doing great thanks. Felt real good despite the rain. Felt good overall today, even with copious amounts of coffee sloshing in my stomach during burpees. Gotta take the bad with the good. Signing off Grant.
