Clean and jerk: heavy single; 85%x1x3
Conditioning: EMOM for 7 min - 1 front squat @ 90% and 3 muscle-ups

    Saved some reps on the knees and worked on Rack Jerks: 225 then 195

    C&J: 155 (finally matched the PR again) - 135
    *Did both the Snatch and C&J on the trainer bar since it's the same width as a girl bar, and I must say, I think it made a difference :)
    M/C: front squat @ 165 with 3 ring pull ups/3 ring dips MU sub

    CJ: worked to 165, and did drop sets at 145

    Metcon: FS at 170, and was able to do MU sets unbroken

    Snatch: 100, 85
    C&J:135,105
    Conditioning: Due to short time, I just squatted with my already loaded C&J bar at 105 (75%) and did false grip ring pull ups and red band super deep ring dips.
