Was out of town all last week for work. Sorry. Snatch: 100, 85 C&J:135,105 Conditioning: Due to short time, I just squatted with my already loaded C&J bar at 105 (75%) and did false grip ring pull ups and red band super deep ring dips.

Snatch: hit 135 and did drop sets at 120
