Squat: 60%x1, 70%x1, 80%x1, 85%x3x3
Conditioning: Mixed gender pairs FOR TOTAL TIME – Row 1,000 meters while partner holds 215/145 in the front rack position, 75 burpees while partner holds 135/95 overhead, 50 thrusters 95/65, while partner holds the ring dip support position – partner may only work when position is being held by other partner, you all are responsible for weight changes (only two barbells per team)

Right knee was feeling a little weak today so I did the power snatch from Wed, up to 165.

Cond: Done Solo, but I did the hold first to establish a work time frame and tried to have a realistic transition time. 14:08
snatch: 80-95-110

*So pumped that I hit the 3 triples at the 85% (210)!!
conditioning: I redid 13.4 and got a much better score. Because of that, I didn't do the conditioning part...well that and there were no more males in the gym. I did LOTs of my weakness programming instead :D

Crissy and I did conditioning - only we did a muscle-up into a dip at the end. 14:30
