Power snatch: 60%x2, 65%x2, 70%x2, 75%x1, 70%x2, 65%x2
Power clean and JERK: 60%x2+1, 65%x2+1, 70%x2+1, 75%x1+1, 70%x2+1, 65%x2+1
Clean pull: 85%x3x4
Squat: 60%x2, 70%x2, 80%x2, 85%x2
Conditioning: For time – 50 total alternating DB snatches (60/40lbs), 50 total DB push presses (must do 25 with each arm) (60/40lbs), 50 GHD sit-ups

    squat: 155-170-195-210 *Thanks for the knee sleeves Jess!

    metcon: 10:02...the GHD really killed me. The snatches were UB and PP were in sets of 5.

    Oh, 5am...it's so good no one was there with me because 1) I looked like a clown doing my squats with my red shoes, Jess's knee sleeves, a belt, my purple wrist wraps...you get the picture! & 2) During those GHD sit ups I was making the worst noises. It sounded as though I was dying or drowning...so gross :)

  2. Worked Clean and Jerk today: Made all reps with monday's rep scheme. Really happy since I missed some last time.

    Cond: 9:25 pretty much the same as K8G. Unb snatch, 5's on press, GHD went 20,10,8,7,5.
