**I had to drop my left one early on the last three rounds. I really tried, but had nothing so I probably dropped 10-15 seconds early on those rounds.

Hang snatch didnt do, tried to get a 1 rm snatch. My form was no bueno today so i dont even remember what weight was on the bar.
ReplyDeleteClean and pp. Got to 145 shoukd of had the press but didnt, my poor snatching put me in pissy lifting mood. But the power clean was easy, so.
Front squat did 135 then 155. On the four rep at 155 my back started to tighten up so i stopped there.

First three rounds with 50, felt too easy so did 60 for the last two. All with no early drops.
I skipped press cause my shoulders are tired, then metconed on jessie's jeep. Crossfingers it works.

Push press - did two sets at 115. Felt a little too easy so I went to 125
Conditioning - did first 2 sets using 70s. Then did last three sets with 80s

*I'm so bad about automatically jerking once I'm in the clean position. Then, when I pause to think about what I'm actually doing, I still revert back to the jerk. I jerked 125 & 130 cause that's instinct. Woops.

ReplyDelete5:51 on Amanda. Would have been quicker if I would've done quick singles on snatches, rather than try go 5 UB and 4 UB on first set of snatches. I need to practice putting heavier skill movements together in a conditioning format. Better on the MUs, but still a lot of room for improvement.
Grip work: 100, 90, 80, 70, 70.
Hang snatch: 145, 170, 190 only set of the 3 here I didn't break was the second 190
