Wednesday 4/24/13

Hang power snatch: 50%x6, rest 40 sec, x5 – work on efficiency with light weight
Speed squat: 60%x2x8 – focus on speed every set, rest no more than a minute between sets
Conditioning: 10! KBS (70/50lbs) and GHD sit-ups

    *I did these in an EMOM so that I would rest the correct amount. Felt really light and easy!

    *I will never love GHD sit ups. 50# kb felt really good today, so that's awesome :)

  2. Hsnatch @115 - felt light, but my hands hurt

    Squat @220x2x8 - not bad at all

    MetCon - 4:41

    Conditioning felt great. All sets unbroken without hesitation picking up the KB. I don't think I could've moved any faster, unless the KB was closer to my GHD. Light breathing, but not bad. It's nice to have conditioning like this every now and then to not die on the floor afterwards :)

  3. HSnatch: 75#- felt light and quick

    Squat (did this wrong...accidently did 50%)- 115#

    Metcon: did this with Anna, and so we were alternating on the GHD. Did it in 5:26. It was honestly really good for me to do this with someone, even though we had to alternate...it was just fun to have someone to workout with.

    **I missed yesterday's due to travel, but will do it tomorrow.

    Felt quick and easy although i did manage to get on my toes even on this.

    Did these so that i stay tight so didnt go all the way on ghd. Swings felt easy
