A1) 4x25 wallballs (20/12lbs), rest 15 seconds
A2) 4x8 GHR, rest 15 seconds
A3) 4x12-16 GHD sit-ups, rest 2 min

Row: 6/5k - every 1k get off and perform 30-40 UB DU

    Thurs PM
    Squatted 7 triples, finished @ 285x3. Then hit 295x2 and 305x1.
    PC lots of triples and doubles, then heavy singled @ 255x1.
    Push-Ups and dips.

    Fri AM
    SLOWLY worked up to a 195# Snatch with no misses. 205# was HEAVY
    CnJ'd 235, but 245 made me light headed.
    5x5 strict C2B Pull-Ups
