Monday 1/27/14 –

Hang snatch: begin at 135lbs, build by 10/5lbs EMOM
Press cluster: 2.2.2x3 – rest 15 sec between clusters, rest 2 min between sets
Pause squat: 3-3-3-2-1
Conditioning: 20 Russian KBS (70/50lbs), 20 C2B pull-ups, rest 3 min, x4

    No press to save the ole shoulder
    Squat: 315. 325, 335, 345, 365
    Metcons: 1:13, 1:35, 1:40, 2:00 holy grip killer, Joey needs work on C2B

    Shoulder Press: 145 F#6, 135, 135F#6 Time under tension really takes a toll.
    Pause Squat: 185,205,215,225,225
    Metcon: 1:10, 1:08, 1:42 (wierd hand thing), 1:21

    Press clusters did 95 (probably should have gone up)
    Squat: 155-170-180-190-200
    KB/C2B work: rounds took me anywhere from 1:10-1:20 (grip def started to go)
