Clean and jerk: heavy single
Front squat: heavy single; 85%x2x2
Conditioning: EMOM 6 min – 10s max strict HSPU + 10s kipping HSPU, 5-10 GHD sit-ups, rest remainder of minute

    Conditioning: did 3 HSPU, 3 kipping HSPU, and 10 GHD's a min. Did all HSPU on 45lb plates with one abmat.

  3. My right knee is talking after heavy Saturday, so I decided to save a few reps for later in the season. Skipped Snatch and C&J and subbed DL.

    Deadlift: 225x10, 275x10, 275x10
    FSquat: 175, 195, 205, 215, 225 Drops at 195
    Cond: 6/4/10 for the first three then tailed off, 5/3/10, 4/3/10, 3/2/10

  4. Snatch, still hates me @115
    Clean & Jerk 165# (pr), failed 170 three times on the jerk but thats a clean pr.
    Front squat 200 (pr) drop sets @ 175

    Metcon, this got comical. assisted strict with the green band, kipping with 2 mats and plates, 6 ghd each round.

  5. Lifting felt a little slow, but I tried to work with what I felt I had...

    Snatch: 125. Missed 130 behind a few times and finally just called it a day. Did doubles at 110 and 115 afterwards

    Front Squat 185...attempted 190 but couldn't stand it up today

    MetCon: Not really sure what I got on HSPUs, but I got 101 GHD sit-ups and somehow I'm not really sore today.

    Can't remember how many hspu (between 8 and 5 strict, 6 and 3 kipping each round), but I got 73 ghd's I believe.

    Now that I have a google account, I'll actually remember my scores.

    Conditioning: Used purple band on "strict" and 2 abmats on 25# plates for kipping. Averaged 3-4 "strict", 1 kipping (arms were way more tired than expected at that point), and 6 ghd each round.
