My right knee is talking after heavy Saturday, so I decided to save a few reps for later in the season. Skipped Snatch and C&J and subbed DL.

Metcon, this got comical. assisted strict with the green band, kipping with 2 mats and plates, 6 ghd each round.

Conditioning: Used purple band on "strict" and 2 abmats on 25# plates for kipping. Averaged 3-4 "strict", 1 kipping (arms were way more tired than expected at that point), and 6 ghd each round.
