Power clean and power jerk: 75%x1x10
Conditioning: row or bike 20s hard 40s easy for 12 min – score is total meters - hard should be at or below 500m pace, easy should be guilt-inducing easy

    Mid-hang sn: 155 EMOM 10 min
    PC PJ: 225 EMOM 10 min

    Between 2500 and 3000m on the row, didn't know we were counting. Was between a 1:41 and 1:35 pace on the 20s and around a 2:30 pace for the 40s.

    MHSnatch @155x1x10 - I actually had speed today and it was beautiful

    Row - 3,065m; Was able to get it down between 1:25-1:29 500m split on every 20s effort, rowed 2:30-2:45 on 40s breaks. Butt went numb on last two efforts. If I would've went for another 3 rounds I would've had Fran cough.

    Conditioning: Really liked this work because I need rowing practice. I focused on form a lot so definitely managed "guilt-inducing" on the easy. Kept s/m between 30-35 on the hard sets. Total meters 2270.
    Mental Conditioning: Post-WOD shower with NO towel. PR in ingenuity and tenacity were definitely accomplished here.
