Jerk: I have some extra time on Monday's, so I worked to a heavy jerk, since that has been getting me on my CJ. Hit 185- Failed 190 a few times

  2. Snatch @205;drop @175 - pull felt great, catch (shoulders) felt WORTHLESS. Missed 205 4 x's before I finally nailed it.
CnJ @255; drop @215 - everything about this felt wretched, but I didn't miss any reps.
    FS @ 295; drop @ 265
Coming back to do conditioning tonight.

  4. I had CPR Training after school today, so I didn't have a lot of time to workout. Reluctantly, I had to skip the FS, but I am now certified to administer CPR, the Heimlick (sp?) and the AED to infants and on up...

    Snatch: 205; 175 EMOM x 3
    C&J: 255; 215 EMOM x 3
    FS: Skipped

Did conditioning with 160. Been a while since I did a 1RM OHS, but I think it was 225 last time. 160 was an OK weight, but might have been a little light.

  5. Still no bueno. Came in and attempted to stretch and Lax ball a little. Going to see Maria tomorrow afternoon in hopes that its just a tight muscle. Now back to my heating pad since I can't really stand up straight when I'm away from it for more than an hour.

  7. Came back to do conditioning and I realized just how worn out my shoulders are in the OHS position. 165# proved to be a valiant foe. I was able to knock out the first round (pulling from the floor), but every set after that was broken into 2's and 1's. My shoulders don't really hurt...they just won't support any weight. Definitely frustrating.

  9. Heavy Snatch and C&J is too much for my knees following Heavy Saturday. Subbed Deadlift and saved a few reps for Front Squat.

    Drops at 375

    FSquat- 155, 185, 205, 225, 235(PR by 10)
    Drops at 210

Cond.- OHS at 135 Ring dips really took it out of the shoulders. Didn't see it coming.

  10. Snatch: 225. 205
CJ: 265, 245 - did more reps than necessary, working on squat jerk consistency

  12. Sn: Should have hit 130, hit 125; 110
C&J: 165 PR with big boy bar; 140
    FS: 155 (No heavy single)
MC: OHS @ 105 then dropped to 95, did an extra Round of each bc 3nd Round was janky. I kept failing my snatch so that Round I just kept snatching the whole time.
