  1. CnJ @265; should've had 275#
Snatch @195; felt REALLY slow today.
    Squat @225x10x3
No time for Flight of the Navigator - will make this up on Saturday

  2. CJ: 175# hit it first time, which I was excited about because it was a 5# pr, and I haven't PR'd in a few months
Snatch: 135#. Felt good, and hit 125, 130, and 135 first attempt which was a nice change from missing about 500x on those.
    Squat: 145

Flight of the Navigator: somewhere around 11 minutes I think. I forget exactly what my clock said...had to rest between sets, but was able to stay consistent on the double unders today...

    1. Seen this happen in some of the most genetically gifted athletes. Just spend 5 minutes EVERY DAY in your warm-up doing single-unders for about a minute, then double-unders for 4. This will change everything in about 2 months' time. If you keep up with this, I promise you will not be held back by these any longer.

  5. Daddy duties have kept me from being able to focus on my training, let alone follow the programming at all the last few days, so I was curious to see how today would go.
    Did Monday's strength
Snatch- 210 (PR lately 215). Good with that
C&J- 250, jumped right to 265 to try for a PR and failed twice. Which I would have gone for 260 first to tie my PR. Oh well
FS- 290, failed at 300 (my PR)

Not my best strength day, especially lately. Reminds me of the importance of sticking to the programming...

Flight of the Navigator (hilarious) 6:52. Pleased with this. Messed up twice- both halfway through the 35 count on the ascending and descending sides. Stupid 35s...

  8. I second the poop day. I think I'm just too broke down. I'm convinced my body only has so many good reps/week and I've already exceeded them. That and I only got to shove my sandwich in my face at work around 2:30 so I was light on the calories today.

    C&J: 155,175,185,195,205F
    Snatch: 135,155,165,175,185F,185F

Snatch: Not even sure what I did. Only worked on it for a few minutes due to time
    Squat: 225

Metcon: 10:02...the 40 on the way back down slowed me down a good bit

  10. CJ:275, 225 on the squat jerk

  11. C&J: 140# PR!!! And then power cleaned 142# (also PR!!!) but could not get the jerk, but YAY!
Snatch: 95# (not a pr, apparently used all energy on C&J)
    Squat: 110#
Conditioning: In 15 min was working on 35 set (ascending). It has been too long on the DU. CBo you are right about the need to do DUs every day to stay efficient on them. This was def not my PR on DUs.

  13. C&J: 160 Yay! (Dropped under 165 beautifully, did not stand up, guess that's what happens when your 1 RM FS is only 5 lbs higher).
Sn: 125x1 (F-130x2, Did not get fast enough at the top of my lift, missed both times barely in front).
    Squat: 85%x2x2 (170); 65%x10x3 (135)
    MC: 6:42

    Sn: 90#, 2X85
