Snatch: heavy single; 75% (of HS) x1x5
Clean and jerk: heavy single; 75%x1x5
Front squat: heavy single; 80%x2x2
Conditioning: AMRAP 6 min – 1 moderate weighted pull-up, 3 strict pull-ups, 5 kipping pull-ups, 100 double unders

    Condit: not even 1 round - 1 strict, 3 strict w red band, 5 kipping, 48du & completed other du outside of time

    FS: 285, 230 (Doubles EMOM)

    Used 70# KB and got 2 + 91

    Metcon- 1 weighted with 3/4lb weight but if you add the shirt on my back and my hair tie it could be 1 lb, 3 strict, 5 kipping, and 38 DU

    Cleaned 160 should of had jerk

    I suck at strict pull ups and double unders.

    DUs are hard when you are fighting sickness :(

  9. Snatch: got 100# over my head twice ( I will hit this on Saturday!!) 95# heavy single. 70# for 1x5
    C&J: not my day & sick. Heavy single 115#
    80# 1x5
    Ran out of time to front squat
    Skinny metcon:
    5 RFT: 10 split jumps, 10 75# PPress 6:00
    15 min AMRAP: 25 plank jumps, 5 sprints. (9 rounds)

    Sick lungs are unforgiving :(. On the mend :)

    C&J: Hit 155, didn't try any higher
    FS: 165, 135x1x5
    MC: 2+79 (almost peed too)- used 10 lbs for PU
