High hang snatch: 60%x1x10
Power clean and power jerk: 70%x1x10
Press: build to heavy 5; 90%x3x3
Conditioning: 4 rounds – 3 straight leg deadlifts (225/155lbs), 6 parallette deficit handstand push-ups, 9 box jumps (30/24”), 12 KBS (70/50lbs), rest 3 min – each round max effort, score time for each round

    Press - no time for heavy 5, did 160 for 3x3
    Conditioning - 3:52, 4:03, 2:26, 2:28, did first 2 rounds with 2 abmats under parallettes and second 2 with 3 abmats

    Do I even need to say that the HSPUs were the limiting factor here?

    Also, I don't have parallettes, so I used two 45# bumpers and one 25# bumper stacked on each side. Totaled 9 3/4" to ground. Used an AbMat for my sensitive noggin

    MC: Used 30lb DBs and 1 abmat - First round tried highest parallettes and 1 abmat and couldn't get out of hole so did 6 attempts. Next rounds just used the DBs and an abmat to change the grip orientation. After I tried stacking plates under the DBs and was successful for 6 reps with the 15 and 20 kile plates stacked plus the 30lb DBs which was about 1/2 of the high parallettes and abmat depth. I need to work on shoulder and tricep strength to come out of the hole with that orientation.
