  1. Right knee is still talking and today's volume had me a little worried, but I went for it. I'll see how it feels tomorrow.

Snatch: 135,155,175,185,195,205F,F but almost,195,185. Felt good.
C&J: 145,175,210,225F,F,220F,210F,M(Power clean) It just wasn't there today. Pull felt good, but I couldn't get my elbows up and it dumped every time.
    FSquat: 145,175,195,210,225F,225single,225single.
Hit some jerks to make up for the clean misses. 185,205,225,225
    Push Press: x3 145,160,175,175

  2. Snatch: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135 (F, made), 140 (f, f, f...did get everyone of them overhead, just couldn't stand them up for some reason), 135, 125

    CJ: 110, 130, 145, 155, 165, 175 (f, f, then made the last one which I was really happy with), 165, 155

Front Squat: 120, 140, 160, 170, 180 (1 rep), failed 190 and called it a day. My back was not happy on my front squats, and I was getting frusterated, so I decided to call it a day there. Not the best front squat day for me.

Didn't have time for the clean pulls or pp. I will make these up. The lifting took me longer than I thought (probably because I was resting a lot in between lifts). Snatch felt decent today...clean and jerk felt decent...and then I just hit a concrete wall on my front squats, and they were simply not happening. Maybe next time.

  3. Snatch: I kept it easy at 75 and 85 and did lots of reps
Clean and jerk same thing several reps at lower weights like 95 and 105
Front squat did sets of ten at 75.
    Push press: 110, 120, 125

Did some weakness work. Back is feeling better but kept weight lower as to not push it. The only time I felt something besides the constant pinch feeling was at the very bottom of the squat.

Feel like I just really need someone to stretch out and align my back, hips, etc. So I just got a group on for a chiropractor, 50 bucks for an exam, xrays, and four adjustments. So lets see if that helps.

    1. Smart. I'm going to check out a chiro that does CF here in a few days for the wonky shoulder. Should be interesting.

Plus, everyone thinks you're the bomb! It's true!
