I think my metcon was 8:18. Legs were smoked, but I felt like I was able to maintain a good pace on this one.

Metcon: 10:10 I finished at 8:48 and started to walk off the wod when I started thinking about how fast my last round was. I realized I forgot to do the last set of squats. I went back and did the squats, but I lost some time in between. I also did box jumps at 24"?

Terrible. My legs did not want to stand these up.
Metcon oh you dirty Metcon. time was like 12:57. Shoulder to overhead was quick and easy, the rest was either torture on the quads or just frustrating double unders. Also my box jumps were very slow cause I am paranoid about missing a jump when my legs are that tired and I don't need anymore doc bills just for non competition work.
And I laugh at tomorrow's squats. its gonna be a fun time. lol.
Deleteonly did conditioning, and not even the push presses in that. Took around 26 minutes. Stupid double unders.

Clean: 90/110/120 (full squat on all but 3, super hard. #iheartpowercleans)
Conditioning: 16:30 Push Press and Box jump were the hardest for me. Started to feel defeated mentally and wanted to give up. Must work on that.
Strict Pull Ups: 18 (had at least 3 almost attempts towards the end but this was tough post metcon)
