PSnatch - 185; felt good and relatively light. Could've gone up another 5-10, but stopped here as I knew time would be a limiting factor today.

Conditioning - I second what KG says...didn't fail any, but not fun on the pull-up holds and ring support holds.
HSPU: 8+7, 7+4, 5+4 - fell off the wall on the last two sets, but I could've got another one or two.
Between the end of the open, a crazy couple of weeks at work, and turkey season being open I haven't slept or been in the gym much. If my crystal ball is right, Rod Run won't help out either.
ReplyDeleteI picked up most of Wednesday today:
Snatch: 135,145,165 Missed one to the front and overcompensated the next round and missed one over the back. Felt good though.
Squat: 195,225,245 I was feeling good, so I hit another set at 265
Cond: Thruster/MU+ring dips Hit all. I felt some tension building in my shoulders in the later reps on the thrusters. Dips got progressively harder (who would've guessed) but I hit all at 5. I'm on nights for a while, so if you need people for some team on team action let me know.
Would love to have you in for Saturday morning sessions. 8AM.
