Conditioning: 30 sec ME ground to shoulder to overhead (185/115lbs), 30 sec rest, x10 - score each round, please

Conditioning: 4 rounds – 5 strict HSPU, 10 kipping HSPU, rest 2 min

    *80# got in my hip crease (first time for everything), 95# & 110# felt light but all over the place. Crazy town this morn-tink.

    *Relatively easy, which is nice.

    HSPU: 0 strict but did all rounds of 10 UB kipping :)

    80X2, 95x6, 110x4.
    Gotta work on catching with active shoulders. Took me just getting angry cause i was missing reps to finally just bust out the final 3 quick reps at 110

    Clean and jerk.
    110, 125, 145, 155
    No failed attempts here. Everything felt good, especially the jerk which is surprising considering i havent touched these percentages in weeks.

    Metcon.
    Someone (jessie), wouldnt let me do more than 5 reps a round at 95#. So thats what i got each rounds with 10-15 sec left over each time.

    Hspu.
    Im so no bueno t these. 5, 4, 3, 3 kipping cause i cant do them strict and with two mats cause im heavy.
