Thankful for KTG and 5:40 am so that we could do the row's together. We completely forgot to look at our time for the first one (we'll blame that on it being before 6 am, and my brain doesn't start until 6:00 sharp) 4:20- 4:21- 4:19
Did 3x5 Turkish getups each arm this morning (will finish this evening) 3x10 Chest to bar pull-ups (these felt good and quick today) Mobility work
Did my TGU and C2B as a mash up with 5 on each arm, then 5-10 C2B. Worked well. TGU felt really strong/easy on my R arm, but L arm not as strong. C2B are so close to being strung together butterfly style, so I'll continue to work :)
Thankful for Crissy on that row since we hadn't rowed in over a week...I struggled to keep pace on the first one, but after that they felt okay. As she said, we forgot to look at the time on the first one, but mine were as follows 4:30-4:27-4:27
