1st EMOM - did 1 jumping MU evens (no fails for the first time!!), and here are my odds: 80-90-100-110-120-130(all power jerk til here)-140-150(hit first split jerk, just cleaned 2nd)-160(got both cleans, no jerk)-170(this is a PR for me and I missed both cleans)
2nd EMOM with rowing and burpees: got all 15 cal on first 7 rounds, then dropped to 10 cal row for last 3. May or may not have spit up a couple of times on the mat below the rower, but I cleaned it afterwards! #yourewelcome

Might have been my worst lifting day ever. nothing was feeling good this morning. I even developed a stank leg in the bottom of the squat that I've never had before. Idk, the back was really tight this morning so maybe that was my problem. Ughz
I'll be back tonight for my last bit of work before yogigity.
Oh yeah - 7 minute rest and then I did 20 min EMOM:
CnJ - 145x2 - 235x2; NO MISSES! Was able to power jerk until second CnJ @235, so that helped.
Muscle-Ups - wow. Considering I had just done 45 C2B pull-ups, I was psyched to get as far as I did. I did all sets except the last 3, so that puts me at 28 MU's in sets of 4, and I was still feeling pretty solid. On the 8th set, I ripped the underneath layer of my hands (felt like a spider web opening in my palm, probably bc I just did C2B pull-ups), so I dropped after 2 MUs and just did strict MU pulls to finish out the rounds. This new grip I'm using helps me get a lot more kipping power and stay efficient.
1st Conditioning: started at 155, thrustered up through 215. Did a thruster/power jerk combo the rest of the way through 245. No missed reps on either CJ or MU. Felt good on the muscle ups (the progression I've been doing works!)
2nd Conditioning: me, Cgreg, Shaina, and Adam had to split this into 10min 5 min res 10min. I got 20-20-20-19-19 (5 min) 20-20-20-17-17. One of the hardest workouts I've ever done. Both physically and mentally. Glad I was going with Cgreg and Adam, otherwise I would have pussed out after the first 10 min.

EMOM: 90-100-110-120-130-140-150-160-170 (F first rep, made the second)-170** I thought I had loaded the bar to 180 for the last set, but apparently forgot to add the ten pounds. So, I did another one at 170. Only got one rep there on the last set.
**It was just a hard morning to be honest. My muscle ups felt really hard, and I think I'm just tired. Sooooo thankful for some time in Cali, but since being back I haven't had time to sleep or recover, so I am feeling that slightly. One of those mornings I just needed to push through.
EMOM: 80-90-100-110-130-130-140-150-160-160 (Accidentally skipped 120 and so did 130 twice). Got the cleans on 160 but no jerks. Repeated and second set got 1 C&J and the 2nd Clean. MUs = big fail. I did some bar muscle-ups and some ring mus but the rings weren't good until practically the end of the MC.
EMOM: This was horrible! Finished with 142 cal and 94 burpees. Missed one Rd of the row (almost puked) and only did 6 burpees one Rd.

12 min EMOM of max false grip ring holds and 8 db tricep extensions (30 and 35#, i know should have been heavier but I'm weak sauce)
MC: bike 20s hard, 40s easy x12. aka death it felt like. was suppose to me for max cal but I can only remember distance so 2.6 miles
Then went back this evening and did bar muscle up work which led to ring muscle up work which I'm hopeless at. lol

Running/C2B/BJ conditioning - 8:16. Ouch. Coughed through the rest of the night. I sounded hilarious the last 400m.
